Born From a Simple Question: Where Did the Revenue Go?

Followuply was founded in Berlin in 2025 — not in a boardroom, but after a trade fair. Our founding team had just wrapped up three intense days at a major B2B conference. The booth was busy. Conversations were strong. Business cards were stacked. LinkedIn connections were made. The energy was high. And then reality hit. Back at the office, the same pattern repeated itself: Spreadsheets.
